IMO, The original Pinkies/Demons are still the scariest enemies in Doom, and doing them justice with this drawing wasn't easy (mainly because of their strange proportions).
Also, most of these drawings are going to be based off the original versions rather than the Doom 3 remakes.

I agree; they were always so scary. Whenever I saw or heard them I'd panic and run away. XD
